Note that the hotel will charge obligatory supplements for its gala events on Christmas Eve (24/12/2010) and New Year's Eve (31/12/2010) as follows:

Children aged 6 to 12 years pay 50% of the above supplements, children below the age of 6 are free.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

You will pay in the hotel's preferred currency (EGP) after your stay at the hotel, or at the time of booking when choosing the Advanced Purchase Rate. The exchange rate is subject to fluctuations.

Accommodation in the parents' double room (max. 1 child): Children up to and including 12 years of age stay free.
Single with child in a single room (max. 2 children): 1st child up to and including 12 years of age stays free, 2nd child up to and including 5 years of age stays free, or if aged 6 to 12 years pays 50% of the half twin rate.
Accommodation in a family double room against surcharge for the parents (max. 2 children): Children up to and including 12 years of age stay free. Alternatively, 2 single rooms may be booked.
Children always stay on the same meal plan as the parent/s.

You may cancel your online reservation until 16.00 hrs. local Egyptian time two days prior to the scheduled arrival date without being charged. For cancellations past this time or no-shows, the credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged with the first night's stay amount, unless your online hotel reservation required a non-refundable, full payment in advance at the time of booking or a minimum length of stay. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Failure to show after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to change this cancellation policy without further notice during peak periods.
