Our concept was born of the Dau
boat, which - in ancient times - provided a link between the East African
coast and Pharaonic Egypt by transporting ebony and other precious goods
by Dau boat up along the Red Sea coast, via the port of Hurghada, and
all the way to the city of Thebes, now Luxor, where the pharaohs built
their magnificent temples.
